Group membership caters for cyclists who work or study at the same location
or who regularly cycle together.

It’s useful for such cyclists to form a Bicycle Users’ Group (BUG) to represent their particular interests and needs to employers, managers etc. for such issues as safe cycle parking, showers and changing facilities, assistance with cycle purchase etc.

Groups who join DCN also have a voice in wider campaign issues.
There is no automatic right to a place on the County Committee
but DCN Groups can propose one of their number for election at an AGM.

All members of a DCN Group can benefit from discounts at cycle shops.
Group Coordinators should ask the DCN Chairman for details.

The membership fee depends upon the size of the group and its means,
and can be negotiated with the DCN Membership Secretary.
